Old Village Linda is a Borgo Diffuso (scattered village) in Crespiano, in the heart of Lunigiana, immersed in nature between Tuscany and the Cinque Terre.
A small village dedicated to authentic hospitality, where independent homes, landscapes and tailor-made experiences come together. The homes, carved out within the village, combine the charm of stone and tradition with contemporary comfort. Completing the experience is a panoramic 15×5 meter infinity pool, set amid the hills of Lunigiana.
From here you can set off to discover the Cinque Terre, Versilia, the Carrara marble quarries and the historic villages of Lunigiana, or experience the area through trekking, nature, local flavors and experiences.
Old Village Linda can also be booked exclusively: an ideal place for families and groups, and, thanks to its scattered spaces and common areas, for corporate retreats, workshops, team building and workations immersed in nature.

Old Village Linda Borgo Diffuso was born from the desire to bring a small village back to life: the village of Crespiano, in Lunigiana.
A project born out of love for this territory and the owners’ wish to enhance an authentic place, creating new opportunities for those who live and work here.
Starting from two initial apartments, the village is growing into a scattered destination made up of independent homes, experiences, hospitality and encounters.
The homes, carved out of the village’s old houses, preserve the charm of stone and traditional architecture while offering all the comforts of today.
